Chef Bill's table with Bill KinslowWilliam B. Kinslow brings over 40 years of cooking experience to the table, and still takes it upon himself to learn something new every day. Not just about food – but also about the people he serves. During the past four decades Bill has worn a lot of hats – executive chef, restaurant owner, soccer dad, restaurant consultant, professor, program coordinator, and Delaware Blue Hen. He continues to teach food & beverage management courses at Hunterdon County Polytech, while running the kitchen full-time at Jake’s Restaurant & Bar in Flemington, New Jersey.
